Terms and Conditions

The Management of the Premium Nosal Resort will be grateful for your cooperation in complying with the Terms and Conditions that have been intended to ensure peace and safety of all our guests.
The rooms in the Premium Nosal Resort are booked on a 24-hour basis.

  1. The check-in time is from 14.00, and the check-out time is by 12.00 (noon).
  2. If the period of the stay has not been determined by the guest at the check-in, it is assumed that the booking is for one 24-hour period.
  3. If you would like to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on the arrival date, please notify the reception desk by 10.00 a.m. on the last day of the booked period.
  4. The Premium Nosal Resort will extend bookings subject to availability.
  5. Breakfasts are served every day between 8.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. and dinners are served between 2.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m.
  6. Any requirements relating to take-away meals should be submitted to the reception desk by 17.00 on the day preceding the day for which they are to be prepared.
  7. The facility is required to provide:
    • conditions allowing for an overall and unimpeded recreation of all guests
    • safety of the stay, including the confidentiality of information about all guests
    • professional and polite service
    • cleaning of the room and any required repairs of equipment when the guest is not present in the room or, if so requested and approved by the guest, in his/her presence
    • subject to availability, another room or otherwise diminish inconveniences, if the room has defects that cannot be repaired.
  8. The guest has to notify the reception desk of any defects discovered in the room without delay.
  9. The liability of the property for the loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables or other items of scientific or artistic value is limited, if such items have not been deposited for safe custody at the reception desk.
  10. The Resort offers free-of-charge parking space. The Premium Nosal Resort takes no responsibility for any damages to or losses of cars or other vehicles owned by the guests.
  11. The guest is financially responsible for any damage to or destruction of elements of equipment and technical devices in the facility caused due to the fault of the guest or his/her visitors.
  12. The charge for destruction or loss of the entry card to the room is PLN 100.
  13. When leaving the room, the guests always need to make sure that the door has been locked, and leave their card(s) at the reception desk.
  14. The guest is not allowed to make the card available to any third parties, even if the period for which the booking has been paid for has not expired.
  15. The presence of unregistered persons is allowed in the rooms of the Premium Nosal Resort from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
  16. The quiet hours at the facility are from 10 p.m. to 7.00 a.m.
  17. Due to the fire safety risk, it is forbidden to use heaters, electrical irons or similar devices in the rooms other than the equipment provided in the rooms by the facility.
  18. Smoking in the facility is not permitted. Any failures to comply with this policy will be charged with the costs of refreshing the room and the fire service intervention.
  19. Pets are not accepted in the rooms.
  20. The Premium Nosal Resort has the right to refuse to accommodate a guest who seriously violated the Terms and Conditions during his/her previous stay and caused damage to property of the facility or other guests or caused injury to a guest, a member of the personnel or other people staying in the facility or otherwise disturbed the leisure of guests or the operation of the Resort.
  21. Any personal items left by the guests in the rooms on departure will be sent to the address indicated by the guests. If no instructions have been given by the guests, the facility will store the items for the period of three months.
